The ThunderRAID 3 Mini R6 is the worlds first 6 bay to implement Thunderbolt3 and with Mini-SAS expansion. This compact 6 bay design is small enough to carry on a plane, and will allow for you to have up to 60TB of RAID protected storage. The ThunderRAID 3 family of arrays is fully backward compatible with previous generation machines. Thunderbolt 3 hosts speeds to 40Gb/s and allows you to work with your 4K, 5K, 6K footage and beyond. Equipped with 2 Thunderbolt 3 connections you can easily daisy chain more storage or peripherals.
The ThunderRAID 3 Mini R6 has a built in hardware RAID controller compatible with both Mac and PC workstations.
